The Starter plan has no monthly fee (10% per transaction, min $0.75, plus Stripe processing).

How to Set Up Paid Parking: Get Your Lot Live in 3 Steps
To set up paid parking on Park Graph, add your lot, connect payouts through Stripe, and post a printed QR sign. Sign-up is free with just an email.
1. Add your lot: enter the address, number of spaces and hourly rate. Your lot gets its own QR code right away. 2. Connect payouts: Stripe asks for a few details and your bank account, and usually approves in minutes. 3. Print your signs from the dashboard and post one at every entrance.
Then scan your own sign and make a $1.00 test payment to see exactly what drivers see. Every payment shows up live on your dashboard. Your first payout is released 7 days after your first payment, once your ID check is done. After that, payouts arrive 2 business days after each payment.
Starter: free, up to 3 lots, 10% per transaction (min $0.75). Pro: $499/month, unlimited lots, 5% (min $0.25), 14-day free trial. Enterprise: $2,499/month, 3.3% (min $0.10). Standard Stripe processing applies on every plan. No hardware. No gates.

QR Code Parking Payment: How Drivers Pay Without an App
QR code parking payment works like this: the driver scans the sign with the phone camera, enters a plate, picks a time, and pays with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. No app, no account, under 30 seconds.
Park Graph authorizes the estimated fee when a session starts and captures only the time used, so drivers who leave early pay less. A reminder arrives 15 minutes before time runs out, and drivers can extend from their phone without re-entering payment details. Owners can change rates anytime and the printed code keeps working.

How Much Should You Charge for Parking? Price by Occupancy
Charge enough that your lot runs about 85% full at its busiest hour. That's where revenue per space-hour peaks for most lots.
Above 90% occupancy you're turning paying drivers away, so raise the rate. Stay within about 10% of the nearest competitor unless your lot is closer, safer or better lit. Price the hour, not the day, and test big changes for a weekend before you commit. Park Graph's free Parking Price Calculator does the math with your rate, your occupancy and your competitor's price, and when you change your rate on Park Graph, the same printed QR sign keeps working.

How to Stop People From Parking in Your Lot (and Get Paid)
To stop people parking in your lot, make them pay and make it easy to check: post clear signs, add a Park Graph QR sign, and use plate lookup.
Spell out who can park, when and the rate. Drivers scan the Park Graph sign, enter their plate and pay by phone, so trespassers become paying customers. A plate lookup tells you in seconds whether a car paid. You stay in charge of enforcement, with your own staff or a local tow partner. Park Graph doesn't send an enforcement crew. Towing rules vary by state and city, so check yours before anyone is towed.

How to Make Money From Event Parking on Game Day
To make money from event parking, sell your spaces before the crowd shows up.
Set an event rate above your everyday rate; drivers see the price before they pay. Pre-sell spaces so you know your numbers before the gates open. Post a QR sign so drive-ups scan and pay in seconds, with no booth and no cash line, and let drivers extend from their phone. Wins Parking, the company behind Park Graph, typically pre-sells 87% of spaces for high-demand mountain events (Wins Parking mountain event case study).

Post your paid weekday hours, then let drivers scan the Park Graph QR code, enter a plate and pay by phone, with no cash box and no volunteers handling money. Payouts go to the church's bank through Stripe. The Starter plan has no monthly fee; you pay 10% per transaction (minimum $0.75) plus standard Stripe processing. Parking QR Code Scams: How to Spot a Fake Before You Pay
To spot a parking QR code scam, check three things before you pay: the sign, the web address and the page.
Scammers paste fake QR stickers over real parking signs to send drivers to look-alike sites built to steal cards. A genuine Park Graph sign is mounted to the sign frame, not stuck on as a peel-off label, and its 6-character sign code is printed under the QR. When you scan, the link should start with parkgraph.com/p/ and end in the lot's 13-character code. The page should show a padlock, the operator and the lot name, and it never asks for a password, a Social Security number or a driver's license number. If anything looks wrong, don't pay. Photograph the sign and email abuse@parkgraph.com; Park Graph acknowledges reports within one business day.
Recorded before every Park Graph QR code carried a unique 65-bit code. Where the film mentions a holographic anti-tamper mark, it is out of date: Park Graph signs don't have one. Check the link instead: it starts with https://parkgraph.com/p/ and ends in the lot's 13-character code.
