How do I make money from my parking lot?
Charge drivers to park. Print a Park Graph QR sign and post it at your entrance; drivers scan it and pay by the hour, day or month from their phones. Starter is free: Park Graph takes 10% of each payment (minimum $0.75) and the rest is yours. Your first payout is released 7 days after your first payment, once your ID check is done. After that, payouts arrive 2 business days after each payment.
How much can I charge for parking?
You set the price. Look at what nearby lots and garages charge by the hour, the day and for events, then start at or a little under that. You can change your rates any time from your dashboard and the same sign keeps working. On Pro, dynamic pricing can move the rate with demand.
Do I need a permit or insurance?
It depends on where your lot is. Some cities and counties require a business license, a parking permit or zoning approval to charge for parking, and your property insurance may need to cover paid parking. Check with your city or county and your insurance agent before you start. Under Section 26 of our Terms (Lot Operation, Enforcement and Indemnity terms), you are responsible for following the laws where your lot is and for enforcement at your lot.
Do I have to sign a management agreement?
No. Starter is free with no monthly bill, and paid plans cancel anytime with no penalty. Your lots continue to function on the Starter (free) plan.
Who sets my parking rates?
You do. You set your rates in your dashboard, and the price a driver sees before paying is the price they pay.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee or hardware required?
No setup fee and no hardware. Print a QR code, post it at your lot, and start collecting payments in minutes.
How do payouts work?
Revenue flows through Stripe Connect. Your first payout is released 7 days after your first payment, once your ID check is done. After that, payouts arrive 2 business days after each payment.
What happens when a session expires?
Drivers receive a notification 15 minutes before expiration and can extend from their phone. If not extended, the session closes and the authorized amount is captured.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime with no penalty. Your lots continue to function on the Starter (free) plan.
Do AI agent bookings count against my plan limits?
No. AI agent bookings (from Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, and OpenAI-compatible platforms) are treated as regular sessions and use your plan's standard transaction fee — there is no separate per-agent quota or surcharge. AI bookings are included on Pro and Enterprise plans; Starter lots are discoverable but bookings route through your hosted QR page.
