Keep your marketplaces
List wherever you want. Park Graph is your own register for the drivers who find you on Google, your sign, or word of mouth, and for the monthly regulars you already have.
Drivers now ask AI where to park
Park Graph lots can be found by ChatGPT, Claude and other AI assistants. Pro lots take the booking right in the chat.

No app and no account. Your gate code appears only after payment.
Trucks that park and don't pay?
Every truck lot has them. Three unpaid trucks a night at $25 is $2,250 a month.
- Each Park Graph sign carries a unique code tied to your lot.
Your Park Graph sign posts the enforcement notice and gives every truck a way to pay. You or your licensed tow operator handle towing and booting under your local rules. Wins Parking, our parent company, offers full enforcement in select markets. Ask us.

Questions truck lot owners ask
Do I have to leave my marketplace?
No. Keep every channel you like. Park Graph runs the drivers who come to you directly.
What does it cost?
Starter is free with 10% per transaction (75 cent minimum). Pro is $499 a month, or $4,950 a year, with 5% per transaction. Card processing is billed at cost by Stripe.
What should I charge for truck parking?
Many lots charge $25–$50 per night; set your own.
How fast do I get paid?
Your first payout is released 7 days after your first payment, once your ID check is done. After that, payouts arrive 2 business days after each payment.
Do I need hardware or a gate?
No. A printed QR sign is all you need.
How much space does a semi truck need?
A tractor with a 53-foot trailer needs a space about 12 feet wide and 75 feet long. Bobtails, box trucks, trailers on their own and cars need less. You set how many spaces each vehicle type gets.
Can drivers stay more than a day?
Yes. Drivers pick 1, 2 or 3 days at your daily rate, or a week at your weekly rate. On a day stay they can leave early and pay only for the days they used; part of a day counts as a day. A week is paid in full up front.
Can I sell monthly parking?
Yes. Monthly passes renew on their own until you or the driver stops them.
What about trucks that don't pay?
Your Park Graph sign posts the enforcement notice and gives every truck a way to pay. Under our Lot Operation, Enforcement and Indemnity terms, enforcement and its costs are yours as the lot owner: you or your licensed tow operator handle towing and booting under your local rules. Wins Parking, our parent company, offers full enforcement in select markets by separate agreement. Ask us.
