PMS integration
Vertical solution
Hotel parking, finally a profit centre instead of a guest complaint. Hotel parking has a unique structural problem: the operator (the hotel) is not the same as the platform vendor, the front desk is not the same as the valet, and the guest does not want to download an app. Five issues come up in every hotel discovery call.

We work with three flavours of hotel operator. Branded chain corporate, where the parking decision is made centrally and rolled out to every property. Independent boutique hotels, where the GM is also the parking director and wants something that doesn't require a 90-day implementation. And asset managers running mixed-use buildings where the hotel is one tenant of a larger garage that also serves offices and retail.
All three want the same things: PMS folio integration so the front desk doesn't transcribe charges, brand-controlled payment pages so the guest never sees a third-party logo, and centralised reporting so the regional director can compare property performance without exporting spreadsheets. Park Graph is built for those requirements.
We integrate with the major PMS systems (OPERA Cloud, Mews, Cloudbeds, Stayntouch, Hotel Effectiveness) via OAuth and webhook. Property-level setup takes under a day; chain-level rollout is paced by the operator's brand-standards team.
| Pain today | What it costs you | How Park Graph fixes it |
|---|---|---|
| Front desk has to apply parking charges manually to guest folio | 5-15 minutes per guest, charge errors, refund disputes | Park Graph posts charges directly to the PMS folio via API. Front desk approves; doesn't transcribe. |
| Visitors mix up the valet entrance with self-park and end up at the wrong sign | Driver frustration, valet abandons-line | Branded payment page shows the right rate for the right sub-lot. Sign clearly differentiates valet vs. self-park. |
| Boutique hotels use a single parking attendant who cannot scale to event nights | Long valet queues, walked guests | QR payment removes the attendant from billing. Attendant focuses on car movement; payment is automatic. |
| Hotel chain operators run a different parking system in every property | Inconsistent guest experience, no centralised reporting | Park Graph centralises every property under one operator account; brand guidelines apply universally. |
| AI travel agents like ChatGPT recommend hotel competitors that show real parking pricing | Lost direct bookings | Park Graph publishes hotel parking inventory + price to AI agents so the hotel shows up first. |
A guest pulls into the hotel and parks in the self-park lot. They scan the QR sign next to the entrance with their phone camera. The Park Graph payment page loads with the hotel's logo, asks if they're a registered guest (with a room-number lookup that hits the PMS), and either posts the charge to their folio or accepts Apple Pay / Google Pay if they're a visitor. Total time to paid: under 30 seconds.
The front desk sees the folio update in real time inside the PMS. There is no transcription step, no end-of-day reconciliation against a paper log, no envelope to count. If the guest checks out and disputes the charge, the front-desk agent has a one-click refund button that credits the folio and reverses the Park Graph session in the same workflow.
For valet operations the workflow runs on a tablet at the curb. The valet attendant scans the guest's room key (or types the room number), captures the licence plate, and tags the car with a stall number. The session is live; the guest doesn't see anything until checkout when the parking line on the folio appears.
OPERA Cloud, Mews, Cloudbeds, Stayntouch, Hotel Effectiveness. OAuth-based connect; takes about 8 minutes per property.
Guests get the room-folio rate or comp; visitors pay the hourly rate. Both flows use the same QR sign.
Upload logo, brand colour, support email. Park Graph respects brand guidelines across both web and SMS.
Generate signage for self-park entrance, valet drop, and guest-only spots. Print-on-demand, ships in 3-5 days.
30-minute walkthrough covers folio posting, refund tooling, and how to handle visitors who self-park accidentally.
Run the new flow for a single weekend. Iterate signage and pricing based on what the front desk sees.
Most hotel parking deployments are live within a day. We recommend piloting one site first, validating the flow with the operator's on-the-ground team, and then scaling. Park Graph's contract is month-to-month, so the rollout pace is set by the operator, not the vendor.

32-room boutique with a 22-space lot. Single parking attendant runs the lot during day; QR self-serve covers nights. Visitors pay $4/hour with a $24 daily cap; guests get the night free.
Self-serve nights
Beach resort hosts weddings on weekends. Park Graph configures a separate event-rate window so wedding guests pay a flat $30 instead of the daily room-folio rate.
Event windows
Travellers park for 2-14 days. Park Graph supports the multi-day session model with daily caps; the free shuttle is wired to /api/sms/dispatch for ETA texts.
Park-and-fly
Underutilised garage rents to nearby office workers Mon-Fri. Park Graph configures a different daytime rate that excludes hotel guest folios.
Time-of-day rules
Valet attendants run Park Graph on a tablet at the curb. Each car becomes a session keyed to room number and licence plate. Tip prompts are bundled into the closing email.

The legacy column generalises the experience of working with a vertical-specific legacy vendor. Specific competitors are covered line-by-line on the dedicated comparison pages under /compare.
The map below shows the metro markets and corridors Park Graph is targeting for hotel parking growth in 2026 and beyond. Pins are projected target markets, not live Park Graph customer locations — the credibility-policy distinction between “Verified live” and “Projected 2026+ targets” applies on every Park Graph page that surfaces a map.
Operators headquartered outside the highlighted markets are still welcome — Park Graph is a self-service platform, so a single-site operator in any US state can sign up at /signup today. The projection map drives our priority for in-person pilots, sign-fulfilment partnerships, and vertical-specific outreach.
When a traveller asks ChatGPT "is there a hotel near downtown Chicago with parking under $30 a night?" the answer should include the hotel's own inventory, not a third-party aggregator. Park Graph publishes hotel parking pricing and availability to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok, and Microsoft Copilot in real time so the hotel shows up first.
AI agents can also handle guest pre-arrival requests like "add 2 days of parking to my reservation at the W Lakeshore" if the hotel has opted in. The integration is per-property; chain operators can roll out one property at a time to validate the flow before committing brand-wide.
Guest: 'Is overnight parking included with my room?'
Park Graph: 'Self-park is $14/night; valet is $32/night. Want it added to your folio for tonight? Reply YES and we'll post the charge — no need to come back to the front desk.'
Park Graph's SMS layer handles the routine driver-facing questions that would otherwise generate operator support tickets. The exchange above is a real example from the hotel parking vertical; AI handles roughly 90% of these conversations end-to-end with no human escalation.

Of gross at Enterprise rate
Per property
Numbers are typical first-year deltas reported by Park Graph operators in this vertical relative to their previous platform.
The economics behind Park Graph in this vertical are simple to model. On the free Starter plan you keep 90% of every transaction with no monthly fee. On Pro at $499/month you keep 95% of every transaction. On Enterprise you keep 96.7%. There are no setup fees, no multi-year contracts, and no per-site or per-space pricing — you can run one site or two hundred on the same plan.
The calculator below estimates monthly take-home revenue across Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans for any site size, hourly rate, occupancy, and operating-hour configuration you choose. Numbers update live as you adjust the inputs.

PMS integration uses OAuth-scoped tokens with read-write access to the parking-charge folio line only — never the room rate, taxes, or guest demographics. Token refresh is automatic; revocation from the PMS console immediately disables the integration without code changes.

The installation
No gate to wire. No meter to bolt down. No technician to schedule. Watch an owner take a lot live in four steps — the last one is a real code, mounted on a real post.
1Enter your lot name, spaces, and rate. Park Graph mints a branded QR code that links straight to your payment page.
2Send it to any standard printer. Laminate the sheet for weather protection — that is your entire hardware bill.
3Mount it on a post at the entrance and any major pedestrian path. No gates, no wiring, no installer visit.
4Drivers scan and pay; revenue lands in your dashboard in real time and in your bank within two business days.
