Driver and Monthly Pass Terms

Last updated: October 19, 2026 · Version 2026-10-19

Plain-English summary. These terms apply when you pay for parking or buy a monthly pass through Park Graph. They are part of our Terms of Service, including the arbitration agreement and class action waiver in Section 22. You must be 18 to pay. You park under the lot owner's rules and at your own risk. The price on the pay page is the total. We capture only the time you use, with a $1.00 minimum. Monthly passes are sold by the lot owner, renew every month until you cancel, and can be canceled any time with the link in your receipt. The owner decides parking refunds.

What changed in version 2026-10-19

  • New page. It gathers the terms that apply to drivers and monthly pass holders in one place.

1. These terms

These Driver and Monthly Pass Terms are part of the Park Graph Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Words with capital letters mean what the Terms say they mean. If these terms and the Terms differ on a point about a Driver, these terms control on that point. When you tap Pay, you accept these terms and the Terms, including the mediation and binding individual arbitration agreement and class action waiver in Section 22 of the Terms. We record the version you accepted and the time your payment was confirmed on your Session or pass.

2. Age

You must be 18 or older to pay. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must pay, and by paying accepts these terms for you.

3. The lot's rules

You park under the Lot Owner's posted rules. The signs at the lot control. Paying does not reserve a specific space unless the pay page says so. The Lot Owner, not Park Graph, provides the parking.

4. Price

The price on the pay page is the total, including any AI-booking surcharge the Owner charges. Taxes, if any, are shown separately. Check the lot, the price and the time on the pay page before you pay. The pay page controls over anything an AI assistant, text, call, search result or other app told you.

5. Sessions and extensions

When you pay for a Session, we authorize the amount you booked on your card. When the Session ends, we capture the time you actually used at the rate shown, with a minimum of $1.00 for hourly parking, and never more than the amount we authorized. The rest of the authorization is released by your bank.

If you choose to keep your card for the Session, Extend charges the same card in one tap at the price shown. The card is kept only for that Session's extensions.

6. Expired or unpaid time

A vehicle without paid time may be ticketed, booted or towed by the Lot Owner or its contractors, at your cost, as the lot's signs and local law allow. Reminders and expiry texts are a courtesy. A missed, late or undelivered reminder does not excuse a violation.

7. Holds made by AI agents, texts, calls and chat

An AI agent, a text to (877) 422-PARK, a call or the lot chat may hold a space or a price for you. A hold lasts only the time stated: 15 minutes for AI agents, 10 minutes for texts, 15 minutes for voice codes and 3 minutes for lot chat. A hold is not a booking. Nothing is booked until you pay.

8. Monthly passes

  • The Lot Owner sells the pass and is the merchant of record. Stripe runs the subscription on the Owner's account. Park Graph supplies the technology.
  • The pass renews every month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time online with the manage link in your receipt. If you lost it, get it again at parkgraph.com/pass.
  • Canceling stops the next renewal. The pass keeps working to the end of the month you paid for. There are no refunds for partial months.
  • A price change by the Owner applies only to new passes.
  • If a renewal payment fails, your pass stops covering parking when the paid month ends, unless you pay the renewal from your pass page.

9. Refunds

Ask for a refund with the link in your receipt, by texting (877) 422-PARK, or by emailing support@parkgraph.com. The Lot Owner decides parking refunds, and may refund all or part of a payment. A refund is your only remedy for a problem with a Session. An AI-booking surcharge is refunded only with the parking it was charged on. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

10. Chargebacks

Contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank. Filing a chargeback on a valid charge breaches these terms, and we may refuse future payments from you.

11. Payment Notices

A Payment Notice is issued by the Lot Owner, and only where state law allows it. Pay it at its link, or contest it with the Owner.

12. Your vehicle and your safety

Your vehicle, its contents and your safety are your responsibility. Park Graph does not take possession of your vehicle or keys, and no bailment is created. Park Graph is not a parking operator, garage keeper or insurer, as Section 4 of the Terms explains, and the limits of liability in Section 19 of the Terms apply.

13. Texts

When the text program is active and you give us your mobile number, we send the texts you asked for, such as receipts and expiry reminders. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See our Text Messaging Program and Privacy Policy.
