Partner Program Terms

Plain-English summary. These terms apply when you refer lot owners to Park Graph or join our partner program. They are part of our Terms of Service. You earn a referral credit when an owner you referred goes live. Network Builder and City Champion partners also earn 0.5% of their referred owners' platform fees for 12 months. You are an independent contractor, you cannot bind us, and you must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and anti-spam law. We may change or end the program on 30 days' notice.

1. These terms
These Partner Program Terms are part of the Park Graph Terms of Service (the "Terms"). They apply to any Owner or other person who refers lot owners to Park Graph with a referral link or code, or who joins our partner program (a "Partner").
2. Referral credit
When an owner signs up with your referral link or code and has at least one live Lot, we add a $100 credit to your Park Graph account. The credit applies to your Park Graph plan charges. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
3. Ongoing share
Partners in the Network Builder tier (5 or more qualified referrals) and the City Champion tier (10 or more referred owners in one city) also earn 0.5% of the platform fees Park Graph collects from each referred owner, for 12 months after that referral activates. Partners in the standard tier earn the referral credit only. We count tiers and fees from our own records, and our records control.
4. Payment
We pay or credit the ongoing share at our discretion, and may offset it against any amount you owe us. We may refuse or reverse a credit or share that we believe came from a self-referral, an account you control, fraud, or a breach of these terms.
5. Independent contractor
Partners are independent contractors. You are not our employee, agent, partner or joint venturer, and you may not make promises, sign agreements or otherwise bind Park Graph. You are responsible for your own taxes.
6. How you promote Park Graph
Follow our Acceptable Use Policy and all anti-spam and telemarketing laws, including CAN-SPAM and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Do not send unsolicited texts, make misleading claims about Park Graph's prices, payouts or features, or use our name or marks except as we allow.
7. Changes and ending
We may change or end the program, or any part of it, on 30 days' notice. We may remove any Partner from the program at any time for a breach of these terms or the Terms. Credits already added to your account stay unless Section 4 applies.
