Developer and AI Agent Terms

Last updated: October 19, 2026 · Version 2026-10-19

Plain-English summary. These terms apply to anyone who uses Park Graph's API, MCP server, AI-assistant connectors, SDKs, npm package or any agent endpoint, with or without a key. They are part of our Terms of Service. Using any of them is acceptance, for you and for every user your agent acts for. Keep your keys secret, stay within the limits, do not scrape or resell our data or train models on it, and show drivers the price exactly as we return it. A hold is not a booking until the driver pays on parkgraph.com.

What changed in version 2026-10-19

  • New page. It gathers the terms for developers and AI agent operators in one place.

1. What these terms cover

These Developer and AI Agent Terms are part of the Park Graph Terms of Service (the "Terms"). They cover the Park Graph REST API, the MCP server, the ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity and Copilot connectors, our SDKs, the npm package, and every other agent endpoint, whether used with or without an API key (together, the "Developer Services").

2. Acceptance

Using any Developer Service is acceptance of these terms and the Terms, including the mediation and binding individual arbitration agreement and class action waiver in Section 22 of the Terms. If you operate an AI agent or app, you accept for yourself and for every user it acts for. You are responsible for your agent's statements and actions, and for what it tells users about Park Graph.

3. License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Developer Services under these terms. We may revoke it at any time.

4. Rate limits

  • With an API key: 60 requests a minute per key (120 on Enterprise) and 10,000 requests a day, unless we grant your key more in writing.
  • Without a key: 100 requests a minute per IP address on public read routes; 60 lot searches a minute per IP address, shared across the search API and the agent connectors; and 60 session lookups a minute on the keyless MCP session tools.
  • We may set, change or enforce other limits at any time.

5. Keys

API keys are confidential. Do not share, sell or publish them, or put them in client-side or public code. You are responsible for all use of your key. Tell us at once at security@parkgraph.com if you believe a key was exposed.

6. What you may not do

You may not:

  • scrape, bulk download, mirror or enumerate Park Graph data;
  • build a competing database or service from our data;
  • resell, sublicense or redistribute the Developer Services or our data;
  • use our data to train or fine-tune any AI or machine-learning model;
  • evade or test rate limits, rotate keys or addresses to avoid them, or guess phone codes, receipt codes or license plates;
  • impersonate a user, a driver, an owner or another agent;
  • use AI agents to hold spaces you or your users do not intend to buy;
  • break our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Holds and bookings

A hold made by an agent is not a booking. Nothing is booked until the driver pays on parkgraph.com. No agent, ours or anyone else's, can complete a payment without the driver tapping Pay.

8. Showing prices and lots

Show the price and lot details exactly as the Developer Services return them, with a link to the pay page. Disclose any surcharge before the driver commits. Do not hide the Lot Owner, omit material terms or present Park Graph data in a misleading way.

9. Changes and sandbox keys

We may change, throttle, deprecate or end any endpoint, tool or connector at any time, with or without notice. Sandbox and test keys are for testing only and never move real money.

10. Open-source code

Any SDK or package code we publish under an open-source license stays under that license. These terms govern your use of the Developer Services that code connects to.

11. Suspension

We may suspend or end your access, revoke keys and block agents at any time, including for any breach of these terms, the Terms or the law, or to protect drivers, owners or the Platform.
