Park Graph for RV and Boat Storage

How a fenced yard or spare acreage could rent storage spaces for RVs, boats and campers by the month with Park Graph monthly passes, billed by card.

This is an industry example, not a customer story. No business is named, and the numbers are modeled from the assumptions shown, not reported by an operator. For a real Park Graph operator, read the Wins Parking case study.

The problem

Demand for storage is steady. Owners of RVs, boats, campers and work trailers need somewhere to keep them, and many neighborhoods and HOAs won't allow them in a driveway. Land that could hold them, from a fenced yard to spare acreage behind a business, often earns nothing.

Running storage the old way means paper agreements, checks every month and a spreadsheet of who has paid. A missed payment can go unnoticed for months.

How Park Graph handles it

  • Monthly passes

Set one monthly price for a storage space. Customers buy a pass from your lot's payment page with a card, and it renews each month until they stop it.

  • No chasing checks

Stripe charges the card each month. Your dashboard lists every active pass with its plate and renewal date.

  • One sign at the entrance

Post the QR sign where customers will see it. The code points to a live page, so a price change never needs a new sign.

  • Payouts to your bank

Pass payments go to your bank through Stripe. Your first payout is released 7 days after your first payment, once your ID check is done. After that, payouts arrive 2 business days after each payment.

Park Graph's fee is worked out per payment: Starter is 10% with a $0.75 minimum and no monthly price; Pro is 5% with a $0.25 minimum, plus $499/mo. Stripe's card fee is estimated at 2.9% + 30¢ a payment. This is an example, not a customer's result: taxes, refunds, signs and slow months are left out, and your own lot will differ.

Park Graph has no separate RV or boat vehicle type: a storage space is sold as a monthly pass at your price. New pass sales start once we've approved your proof that you own or control the property.

Estimate your own lot

How to set it up

  1. Sign up and add your lot

Create a free account, add the lot's address and tell Park Graph how many spaces are for rent.

  2. Set your prices

Open Pricing, turn on monthly passes and set the price: $125 a month in this example.

  3. Connect Stripe for payouts

Connect a Stripe account and verify your ID so payouts can reach your bank. Your first payout is released 7 days after your first payment, once your ID check is done. After that, payouts arrive 2 business days after each payment.

  4. Post your QR sign

Print your sign on any printer or order a printed sign kit, and post it where drivers park. Drivers scan it with their phone camera and pay.

What stays yours: following local laws and permits, posting any signs your area requires, liability insurance and enforcement, as Section 26 of our Terms explains.

Frequently asked questions

Can I rent spaces for RVs and boats?
Yes, as monthly passes. Park Graph's vehicle types cover trucks and trailers plus cars, vans and pickups, and there is no separate RV or boat type. Set one monthly price for a storage space and sell it as a pass that renews each month.
What happens when a storage customer stops paying?
A pass renews each month until the customer stops it, and your dashboard lists every pass with its plate and renewal date, so you can see who is current. Removing a vehicle that isn't paid for is yours to handle under your local rules and Section 26 of our Terms.
Do I need a gate or an office to rent storage spaces?
No. Park Graph needs a QR sign, a phone to manage the lot and a bank account for payouts. If you already have a gate, keep running it the way you do now.
Is Park Graph for RV and Boat Storage a real customer story?
No. This page is an industry example, not a customer story: no business is named and nothing on it was reported by an operator. It shows how this kind of lot could run on Park Graph. Our one customer case study is Wins Parking at Eagle County Airport (EGE) and Edwards, Colorado.
How were the rv and boat storage numbers worked out?
With the math behind the earnings estimator on our homepage. Revenue comes from the assumptions shown (a storage yard with 51 spaces rented as monthly passes at $125): about $6,375 a month. Park Graph's fee is worked out per payment on each plan (Starter: 10%, minimum $0.75; Pro: 5%, minimum $0.25, plus $499/mo), and Stripe's card fee is estimated at 2.9% + 30¢ a payment. Taxes, refunds, signs and slow months are left out.
