Read the transcript
Semi truck parking is hard for drivers to find. Own a yard? Turn it into income.
Park Graph prices every vehicle type on its own. Tractor and trailer, trailer only, bobtail or car, each with a day, week and month rate.
Drivers scan one QR sign, pick 1, 2 or 3 days or a week, and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. No app. No gate.
Regulars buy monthly passes. Payouts land 2 business days after each payment.

The problem
Truck drivers run out of safe, legal places to park when their hours run out, and many end up on ramps and road shoulders. At the same time, yards, contractor lots and empty industrial land with room for a tractor and trailer sit idle overnight.
For the owner the hard part is collecting, not finding trucks: cash in a drop box, a phone number on a sign, or a gate and kiosk that cost more than the first year brings in. Pricing is hard too, because a bobtail, a trailer left for the week and a tractor with a 53-foot trailer take very different amounts of room.
How Park Graph handles it
Rates by vehicle
Set separate day, week and month prices for a bobtail or box truck, a trailer only, a tractor and trailer, and a car, van or pickup, with a space limit for each type. Drivers pick their type on the pay page.
Pay from the cab
The driver scans the QR sign, picks a vehicle and 1, 2 or 3 days or a week, and pays with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. The pay page asks for the trailer number; a DOT or MC number is optional.
Monthly passes for regulars
Carriers and owner-operators who park every week can buy a monthly pass that renews until they stop it.
Every truck in your dashboard
See who paid, for which vehicle and until when, and check a plate in seconds. Payouts go to your bank through Stripe.
Modeled revenue
One month at this kind of lot, worked out with the same math as the earnings estimator on our homepage.
Tractor-and-trailer parking
- Spaces
- 40
- Price
- $30 a day
- Filled
- 60%
- Days
- 30
40 spaces × 60% filled × 30 days = 720 payments of $30. That's about $21,600 a month.
| A modeled month | Starter | ProKeeps more |
|---|---|---|
| Revenue | $21,600 | $21,600 |
| Stripe card fees (estimate) | −$842 | −$842 |
| Park Graph fees | −$2,160 | −$1,080 |
| Plan price | $-0 | −$499 |
| You keep | $18,598 | $19,179 |
Park Graph's fee is worked out per payment: Starter is 10% with a $0.75 minimum and no monthly price; Pro is 5% with a $0.25 minimum, plus $499/mo. Stripe's card fee is estimated at 2.9% + 30¢ a payment. This is an example, not a customer's result: taxes, refunds, signs and slow months are left out, and your own lot will differ.
How to set it up
Sign up and add your lot
Create a free account, add the lot's address and tell Park Graph how many spaces are for rent.
Set your prices
Open Pricing and turn on Rates by vehicle. In this example a tractor and trailer pays $30 for 1 day; add week and month prices and a space limit for each type if you want them.
Connect Stripe for payouts
Connect a Stripe account and verify your ID so payouts can reach your bank. Your first payout is released 7 days after your first payment, once your ID check is done. After that, payouts arrive 2 business days after each payment.
Post your QR sign
Print your sign on any printer or order a printed sign kit, and post it where drivers park. Drivers scan it with their phone camera and pay.
What stays yours: following local laws and permits, posting any signs your area requires, liability insurance and enforcement, as Section 26 of our Terms explains.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I charge trucks and cars different prices?
- Yes. Rates by vehicle sets separate day, week and month prices for a bobtail or box truck, a trailer only, a tractor and trailer, and a car, van or pickup. Each type can have its own space limit, and drivers choose their type when they pay.
- Can a truck driver pay for several days at once?
- Yes. Drivers can buy 1, 2 or 3 days or a week at your price for their vehicle type, and regulars can buy a monthly pass that renews until they stop it.
- Who handles trucks that park without paying?
- Your Park Graph sign posts the enforcement notice and gives every truck a way to pay. Under our Lot Operation, Enforcement and Indemnity terms, enforcement and its costs are yours as the lot owner: you or your licensed tow operator handle towing and booting under your local rules. Wins Parking, our parent company, offers full enforcement in select markets by separate agreement. Ask us.
- Is Park Graph for Truck and Trailer Parking a real customer story?
- No. This page is an industry example, not a customer story: no business is named and nothing on it was reported by an operator. It shows how this kind of lot could run on Park Graph. Our one customer case study is Wins Parking at Eagle County Airport (EGE) and Edwards, Colorado.
- How were the truck and trailer parking numbers worked out?
- With the math behind the earnings estimator on our homepage. Revenue comes from the assumptions shown (a 40-space truck yard charging $30 a day for a tractor and trailer, 60% full): about $21,600 a month. Park Graph's fee is worked out per payment on each plan (Starter: 10%, minimum $0.75; Pro: 5%, minimum $0.25, plus $499/mo), and Stripe's card fee is estimated at 2.9% + 30¢ a payment. Taxes, refunds, signs and slow months are left out.
