Guide 3 of 4
How payouts work
Drivers pay, Stripe pays you. Here is when and how.
Connect payouts
Choose Connect payouts in the setup checklist. Stripe asks for your legal name, date of birth, the last four of your SSN or your business tax ID, and a bank account. It usually approves in minutes.
If the chip says Action needed, Stripe wants one more detail; the checklist names it. Choose Finish in Stripe to add it.
When money arrives
Your first payout arrives 7–14 days after your first payment. That is Stripe's standard for new accounts. After that, payouts follow your plan's schedule. Verified lots are paid 2 business days after each payment.
What Park Graph keeps
Park Graph keeps a small fee from each payment and the rest goes to you: Starter 10% (minimum $0.75), Pro 5% (minimum $0.25), Enterprise 3.3% (minimum $0.10). Standard Stripe card processing applies on top. When you refund a driver, Park Graph's fee is refunded too.
