Why truck parking owners choose Park Graph over Truck Parking Club

  1. Keep up to $7.39 more of every $45 night

Truck Parking Club's addendum lets it withhold up to 30% of what drivers pay (Truck Parking Club's Property Member Addendum, as of Nov 2026): up to $13.50 of a $45 night, leaving you as little as $31.50. On Park Graph Starter, the 10% fee is $4.50 and Stripe's US card fee is $1.61, so you keep $38.89.

  2. Paid in 2 business days, not within 30 days

Truck Parking Club pays owners by ACH within 30 days of collecting a payment (Truck Parking Club's Property Member Addendum, as of Nov 2026). Your first payout is released 7 days after your first payment, once your ID check is done. After that, payouts arrive 2 business days after each payment. Payouts go to your own connected Stripe account; until that first release, a new account's payments wait on Park Graph's Stripe balance.

  3. Drivers pay with no app and no account

Truck Parking Club's terms say drivers must register for an account to use most of its features (Truck Parking Club's Terms of Service, as of Nov 2026). A driver points a phone camera at your sign, picks the vehicle type, enters plate, trailer and DOT or MC numbers, and pays with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. No download, no account, no password. That's the driver who pulls in at 11 PM after the truck stop filled up.

  4. No service fee on your driver's bill

Truck Parking Club adds its own service fee and taxes to the listing price at checkout (Truck Parking Club's Terms of Service, as of Nov 2026). Park Graph adds nothing: the driver pays the price on your sign.

  5. AI assistants can book your lot

On Pro and Enterprise, assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot can find your lot and book a space for a driver through Park Graph's MCP server. Lots on every plan, Starter included, can be found. We found no Truck Parking Club MCP server, ChatGPT app or Copilot agent (our search, Nov 2026).

Starter is $0 a month and 10% of each payment. You set the price for every vehicle type.

What up to 30% costs you over a month

Take one space that sells 30 nights a month at $45. Truck Parking Club's addendum lets it keep up to $405.00 of that $1,350.00 (Truck Parking Club's Property Member Addendum, as of Nov 2026). On Park Graph Starter, the fee and Stripe's card fee come to $183.30. That's up to $221.70 more a month in your pocket, from one space.

Truck Parking Club's cut is “inclusive of all fees” it charges you (Truck Parking Club's Property Member Addendum, as of Nov 2026), and Park Graph's number above includes Stripe's fee, so the two figures compare like for like. Sales tax is left out of both.

Park Graph Rates by vehicle card with a day, week and month price and a space limit for bobtail or box truck, trailer only, tractor and trailer, and car, van or pickup
You set every price and space limit, for each vehicle type.

Overstays and drivers who never booked

When a Truck Parking Club driver overstays, or parks on your listing without a reservation, Truck Parking Club collects the violation payment and pays you 50% of it (Truck Parking Club's Property Member Addendum, as of Nov 2026).

On Park Graph, a driver who needs more time adds it from their phone and pays your price, and a driver who parked without paying can pay at your sign. Either way it's an ordinary payment: you keep it less the same fee.

Leaving takes 30 days' notice

Truck Parking Club's terms require 30 days' notice before you remove a listing, and make you liable for lost bookings and its costs if you don't give it (Truck Parking Club's Terms of Service, as of Nov 2026). They also bar dealing directly with drivers it introduced to you, with liquidated damages equal to the fees it would have earned (Truck Parking Club's Terms of Service, as of Nov 2026).

Park Graph has no notice period and no contract on Starter. The drivers who scan your sign are your drivers.

Switching from Truck Parking Club to Park Graph

  1. Step 1

Give Truck Parking Club 30 days' notice

Its terms require 30 days' notice before you remove a listing (Truck Parking Club's Terms of Service, as of Nov 2026). Keep the listing live for those 30 days while you set up, or keep some spaces on it and move the rest.

  2. Step 2

    Set up your lot

Sign up free, add your lot, and set day, week and month prices and a space limit for each vehicle type. Connect payouts with Stripe.

  3. Step 3

Post your sign for your own drivers

Post the QR sign at the entrance for walk-ups and your regulars. Don't move drivers Truck Parking Club introduced to you: its terms bar that (Truck Parking Club's Terms of Service, as of Nov 2026). Drivers who found your lot on their own can pay at your sign or buy a monthly pass.
