QR payment software the lot owner runs
Park Graph (our product)
Park Graph is software a lot owner runs, not a marketplace. You post a Park Graph sign; drivers scan its QR code, pick their vehicle type, enter their trailer and DOT or MC number, and pay in the browser with no app or account.
You set daily, weekly and monthly prices and a space limit for each vehicle type, and monthly passes renew on their own. Starter is $0 a month and 10% of each payment (minimum $0.75); Pro is 5% plus $499/mo. Stripe's card fee applies on top. Payouts arrive 2 business days after each payment, once your first payout is released.
Park Graph lots are findable by AI assistants on every plan, and on Pro and Enterprise assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot can book them. Park Graph doesn't bring you a marketplace of drivers: it's your own register for walk-ups, regulars and drivers who find your sign, and you can list on marketplaces too.
- Best for drivers
- Paying at an independent lot's sign, with no app or account
- Best for lot owners
- Owners who want their own register for walk-ups and regulars
- What the owner pays
- Starter: 10% of each payment (minimum $0.75), $0 a month. Pro: 5% plus $499/mo. Stripe card fees on top.

Which one should you use?
If you drive
- For a reserved space at a truck stop, use the chain's own program: TA Reserve-It or Pilot Prime Parking.
- To find and reserve parking in the app you already navigate with, Trucker Path.
- For private lots and yards booked ahead, Truck Parking Club, Stackkly or Neighbor.
- For a monthly space you prepay, Semiyard as well.
- At an independent lot with a Park Graph sign, scan it and pay; there's no app or account.
If you own the land
- For marketplace demand from drivers and fleets, list on Truck Parking Club, Stackkly or Neighbor.
- For a secure yard that wants in front of a large driver app, ask Trucker Path.
- For carriers, 3PLs and container moves, SecurSpace.
- For monthly tenants who prepay, Semiyard.
- For your own register, for walk-ups, regulars and the drivers who find your sign, Park Graph. You can run it next to marketplace listings by giving each channel its own spaces.
How we compared
We picked the platforms that show up when drivers and lot owners search for truck parking, and two truck stop chains' own reservation programs.
For each, we read the trade press first: Transport Topics, FleetOwner, FreightWaves and CDLLife, plus Trucker Guide's survey of truck stop prices. Where a fee, payout or price appears only in a company's own terms or help pages, we cite those. Every fact was re-read on November 5, 2026, and each one names the month its source was current.
We report a fee, a payout time or a price only where the company or the press publishes it, and write “Not published” where we couldn't find it. We left out founded years and figures we couldn't confirm, and companies' marketing claims about how much owners earn.
Network sizes are in each company's own unit, so a count of locations and a count of spots aren't the same measure. Park Graph's terms come from our live plans.
Behind all of it is a real shortage: ATRI estimates one truck parking space nationally for every 11 truck drivers (ATRI, as of Jul 2025), and 98% of drivers told FHWA's Jason's Law survey they have trouble finding safe parking (FHWA's Jason's Law survey, as of Dec 2020).
Own land near a freight route?
Run it as a paid truck lot on your own QR sign, at your prices, and keep your marketplace listings too.
Truck parking platforms: questions drivers and owners ask
- What is the best truck parking app?
- It depends on where you drive and what you need. For a reserved space at a truck stop, TA Reserve-It and Pilot Prime Parking sell their own. Trucker Path puts reservations inside a navigation app with more than 1 million users (Transport Topics, as of Jun 2026). Truck Parking Club, Stackkly and Neighbor list private lots and yards, and Semiyard focuses on monthly parking.
- Where can I list my land for truck parking?
- Truck Parking Club, Neighbor, Stackkly, SecurSpace and Semiyard take listings from property owners, and Trucker Path adds operators' lots to its reservation network (FleetOwner, as of Oct 2026). We found no way for outside owners to list with TA Reserve-It or Pilot Prime Parking (our search, Nov 2026). Park Graph isn't a listing site: it runs payments at your own lot, on your own sign.
- Which truck parking platforms publish their fees for lot owners?
- Truck Parking Club's addendum lets it keep up to 30% of what drivers pay (Truck Parking Club's Property Member Addendum, as of Nov 2026), and Neighbor lists a 4.9% + $0.30 processing fee on each host payout (Neighbor's help center, as of Oct 2024). Park Graph publishes its plan fees: 10% of each payment on Starter. SecurSpace and Stackkly say they charge owners a service fee but don't state it (SecurSpace's Terms of Use, as of Nov 2026; Stackkly's FAQ, as of Nov 2026), and we found no owner fee for Trucker Path or Semiyard (our search, Nov 2026).
- How much does truck parking cost?
- Published prices we found: $25 for TA and Petro gated parking, $30 at Ontario, Calif. (TA and Petro's gated parking terms, as of Nov 2026); $17–$25 a night for Pilot Prime Parking at the stores Trucker Guide sampled (Trucker Guide, as of Oct 2026); and about $20 on average for a Trucker Path reservation (Transport Topics, as of Jun 2026). Private lots set their own prices.
- Can I list my lot on more than one platform?
- Yes, as long as you don't sell the same space twice. Give each channel its own spaces. With Park Graph, set each vehicle type's space limit to the spaces you keep for your sign, and list the rest elsewhere.
- Is Park Graph a truck parking marketplace?
- No. Park Graph is payment software for a lot owner's own QR sign. It doesn't bring you a marketplace of drivers; it takes payments from the drivers who find your lot and the regulars you already have. Park Graph lots are findable by AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude on every plan.
