Why truck parking owners choose Park Graph over TA Reserve-It
Open to any lot, not one chain
TA Reserve-It sells spaces at TA and Petro travel centers, and we found no way for outside owners to list (our search, Nov 2026). Park Graph works on any lot you own or manage. Starter is $0 a month with no contract and no fee to list. You pay 10% of each payment (minimum $0.75) plus Stripe's card fee, only when a driver pays.
You set the price, not the chain
TA and Petro set their gated parking fee: $25, or $30 at Ontario, Calif. (TA and Petro's gated parking terms, as of Nov 2026). You set a day, week and month price and a space limit for each vehicle type, from tractor-trailers to bobtails. Change a price in your dashboard and the next driver pays it.
Drivers pay with no app or account
A driver points a phone camera at your sign, picks the vehicle type, enters plate, trailer and DOT or MC numbers, and pays with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. No download, no account, no password. That's the driver who pulls in at 11 PM after the truck stop filled up.
Paid 2 business days after each payment
Your first payout is released 7 days after your first payment, once your ID check is done. After that, payouts arrive 2 business days after each payment. Payouts go to your own connected Stripe account; until that first release, a new account's payments wait on Park Graph's Stripe balance.
AI assistants can book your lot
On Pro and Enterprise, assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot can find your lot and book a space for a driver through Park Graph's MCP server. Lots on every plan, Starter included, can be found. We found no TA Reserve-It MCP server, ChatGPT app or Copilot agent (our search, Nov 2026).
Drivers pay at your sign. No app, no account, no fee on their bill.
Starter is $0 a month and 10% of each payment. You set the price for every vehicle type.
When the truck stop is full
TA lists 14 gated locations as active and 7 more on the way, and a Reserve-It booking waives the gate fee for the reserved period (TA and Petro's gated parking terms, as of Nov 2026).
Behind it is a national shortage: ATRI estimates one truck parking space for every 11 drivers (ATRI, as of Jul 2025), and 98% of drivers told FHWA's Jason's Law survey they have trouble finding safe parking (FHWA's Jason's Law survey, as of Dec 2020). An independent lot near the same exit can sell to the drivers the travel center turns away, at its own price.
