Why truck parking owners choose Park Graph over Semiyard

  1. Your fee and payout date are published

We found no published owner fee or payout schedule for Semiyard (our search, Nov 2026). Starter is $0 a month with no contract and no fee to list. You pay 10% of each payment (minimum $0.75) plus Stripe's card fee, only when a driver pays. Your first payout is released 7 days after your first payment, once your ID check is done. After that, payouts arrive 2 business days after each payment. Payouts go to your own connected Stripe account; until that first release, a new account's payments wait on Park Graph's Stripe balance.

  2. Your price stays your price

Semiyard's parking policy says “We are authorized to change our prices anytime” and that prices can change during the billing cycle (Semiyard's parking policy, as of Nov 2026). You set a day, week and month price and a space limit for each vehicle type, from tractor-trailers to bobtails. Change a price in your dashboard and the next driver pays it.

  3. Drivers pay for the time they need

Semiyard asks for the first and last month at booking, and all sales are final (Semiyard's refund policy, as of Nov 2026). On Park Graph, drivers can pay for a day, a week or a month at your sign, and monthly passes renew until they stop them.

  4. No app or account for drivers

A driver points a phone camera at your sign, picks the vehicle type, enters plate, trailer and DOT or MC numbers, and pays with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. No download, no account, no password. That's the driver who pulls in at 11 PM after the truck stop filled up.

  5. AI assistants can book your lot

On Pro and Enterprise, assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot can find your lot and book a space for a driver through Park Graph's MCP server. Lots on every plan, Starter included, can be found. We found no Semiyard MCP server, ChatGPT app or Copilot agent (our search, Nov 2026).

Drivers pay at your sign. No app, no account, no fee on their bill.

Starter is $0 a month and 10% of each payment. You set the price for every vehicle type.

Monthly tenants, and everyone else

Semiyard lists properties for free, lets owners set nightly, weekly or monthly terms, and says it doesn't inspect properties before they're listed (Semiyard's press release, as of Sep 2026). Its bookings are prepaid: first and last month at booking, no refunds for cancellations (Semiyard's refund policy, as of Nov 2026).

Park Graph takes the monthly tenant and the one-night driver alike. A monthly pass bills each month on its own, and Stop renewing ends it at the close of the paid month.
